Fresh fruit aromas of blueberry and blackberry with subtle nuances of spice and smoke. The berry flavors explode well into the mid-palate with an elegant, elongated, cherry, vanilla finish. Small, open-top bin fermentation, hand punch-downs 3 times daily, finished fermentation in barrel and was aged 12 months in 100% French Oak – 375 cases produced.
