Hand-picked and pressed at about -9°C (16°F), winter helped produce
a dessert wine of power and verve. The palate fills up with all things
tropical - mango and pineapple - then rounds out with peach, fig, and
candied fruit. Cushioned by a mouthwatering rim of honey and caramel;
framed with a delicate structure and body: they call it “Liquid Gold” for
a reason.
