Description: In The Glass: Pinot Grigio is a delicate dry white wine showing rich ripe flavors of figs and citrus fruits. Modeled after the Italian style, Pinot Grigio is light, young, and refreshing with a clean crisp finish. On The Table: Pairs exceptionally well with seafood. Best matches are steamed clams, mussels and smoked salmon. Around The Neck: Silver medal winner in the 2003 PA Farm Show Wine Competition.

Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
