Description:
This wine was fermented in stainless steel using select yeasts to bring out the freshness of the grape character. The wine was then aged on the lees (the yeast from fermentation) for three months. This nourishes the wine by giving it richness and complexity. The wine offers aromas and flavours of green apple and white peach with a nice core of acidity which balances the creamy richness on the palate. The wine finishes very fresh with some lively citrus notes.
