Our 2001 organic Riesling is a dry white wine with lively flavours of apricot, honey and lemon verbena. This earthy wine has been aged in our 2500-liter oak casks adding a mellow complexity and full mouth feel. Best enjoyed with salmon, light meats, pork and many vegetarian dishes.

Riesling:
