Description: Silver Medal at the 2006 Tasters Guild Awards Proudly made with Cape Breton, Nova Scotia grown Cayuga grapes. Grown by John Pratt (Johnny Grape) on Marble Mountain, facing the picturesque Bras d’Or Lakes, these grapes make a wonderful, fragrant, medium dry white wine. Pale lemon in color, and showing peach and melon in the nose, it has a body of fruit and a Cape Breton treat!

Varietal Definition
Cayuga:
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
