Description: Jost Vineyard’s Beaver Creek Geisenheim is a dry white wine made from a Nova Scotia grown grape variety with Riesling parentage (GM6495-3). This variety was developed at the Geisenheim Research Station in Germany by Dr. Helmuth Becker. The wine is full of berry and citrus fruit accented with a subtle floral note. It is an excellent companion to lightly flavoured seafood and mild cheeses.
