Description: Produced from grapes in the very cool climate of Northern Monterey County, the 2003 White Riesling is packed with intense floral fruit characters and crisp balancing acidity. On the palate are very forward notes of apricots and pears which complement a wide variety of foods, including pates, seafood bisques and spicy Asian cuisines. Its’ off-dry style is also delicious with fresh fruits and mild cheeses.
