Cuvée Blanc is a distinctive white wine blend of Viognier, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc. Malolactic fermentation and extended surlie aging added to the wine’s depth of flavor. The wine was handcrafted, whole clustered pressed, and barrel fermented in Russian and Hungarian Oak. This elegant wine exhibits aromas of apple, melon, and citrus, and they are complemented by a bouquet of floral tones. The Lions Peak family highly recommends this wine as a great summer wine.
