Pinot Gris, Anderson Valley

Pinot Gris, Anderson Valley Wine Details
Price: $16.00 per bottle

Description: The Anderson Valley Pinot Gris begins with a bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon blossoms. Its silky texture is a lovely counterpoint to subtle tangerine acidity and pleasant green apple flavors. This lively Pinot Gris is a wonderful balance to the deep flavors of roast vegetables and rich chowders.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
