Description:
Although visually similar to a big Bordeaux red, Marechal Foch is neither Bordeaux or Burgundian. Instead, it offers a sensory experience all its own with its unique labrusca bouquet, flavor hints of figs and prunes, and a full yet crisp mouth feel. Pair this wine as you would any red, with hearty dishes. It goes particularly well with lamb, venison, and fowl; especially roast duck.
