Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris Wine Details
Price: $13.00 per bottle

Description: This Oregon Pinot Gris has a beautiful light copper color from the skin contact. The aroma is very floral, with ripe pears, ripe apples, some licorice notes and a typical spiciness. The flavors suggest sweet apples, pears, flowers and finish with herbal notes and a touch of spiciness. The wine's crisp acid frame and fresh fruit flavors add to the richness and to the very long finish. Montinore Pinot Gris should be served slightly cold but not chilled; 55ºF to 60ºF would be reasonable. Because of the full fllavor and the crisp acidity it is a perfect accompaniment to salmon dishes, seafood in general, white meats, and poultry dishes.

Varietal Definition
