The grapes for this wine were grown in Southern Oregon's Illinois Valley. The wine was barrel aged in 100% French oak and shows dark ruby color with bright, up-front, fruity characteristics (like black cherry) with some currant. This Cabernet Sauvignon finishes rich and gentle. Works well with rich pasta dishes.
