Description: Our 2003 Riesling was produced from the vineyards of the Columbia Valley (29%), the Walhuke Slope (22%) and the Yakima Valley (49%). Those terroir along with the average age of 20 years old vines brought to the blend an extreme profundity and complexity. This 100% Riesling has classic pear and grapefruit flavors which lead to a crisp and seductive mouth feel. The natural acidity well balances the delicate sweetness with an enormous charm. All ends with a dazzling clean and tangy finish which last for a long time.

On the sweeter end of the spectrum, some of the best dessert wines should give thanks to the Riesling varietal. Riesling is known for its complementary nature of combining balanced acidity with sugar. Rieslings are made dry to sweet, but it is the sweet style Riesling that brought about its popularity in the United States.
