Pinot Gris “St. Fiacre” 2002

Pinot Gris “St. Fiacre” 2002 Wine Details
Price: $14.00 per bottle

Description: One of the most exciting aspects of making wine in the Grand River Valley is working with differences in vintages. 2002 was a much better year than 2001 and this Pinot Gris 2002 is unquestionably heads and shoulders above the 2001: it is rich, concentrated and focused. This is a great wine from a great year! Giddy up!

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
