CAYUGA WHITE

CAYUGA WHITE Wine Details
Price: $10.00 per bottle

Description: This grape was named after the CAYUGA INDIANS in upstate New York and is one of the hardiest grapes grown. This variety of grapes makes our sweet and highest alcohol content wine we offer at around 13-14%. Excellent to pair with a light meal, fruit, dessert, as well as on its own. Pour over fruit compote and freeze for a refreshing summer "slushy" anytime.

Varietal Definition
Cayuga:
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
