Price: $12.00 per bottle

Description: A semi-sweet blend of our Cayuga and Marechal Foch grapes - a refreshing, flavorful finish. Serve slightly chilled. This wine can be enjoyed with many different types of foods. Named after the Creole House in Prairie du Rocher, IL. The house was built sometime after 1755 and is a mixture of French-American and Anglo-American architecture that linked French and American settlement culture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Varietal Definition
Cayuga:
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
Marechal Foch:
A french-american hybrid grape, with french Alsace Gamay origins, noted for producing deeply colored and strongly varietal wines considered by some to have a "Burgundian" character. Also known under the name Foch.
