In doing so, this wine exhibits a rich, and complex mouth-feel – flavors of plum, currant, and blackberry are felt throughout the entire pallet. Further, long-term aging in oak accents the feeling of spice and the subtle presence of chocolate in every sip.

In crafting this exceptional Zinfandel, we utilized a unique blend of Petite Sirah, and Cabernet Sauvignon - which added to the various layers of complexity. Exhibiting nuances of Raspberry, Blueberry and that subtle sense of currant, this Zinfandel is extremely balanced and smooth. Generous aging in French and American oak barrels adds to the deepness and velvet finish.
