Paradocx Vineyard, an independent vinifera and premium hybrid wine grape grower, is nestled among the rolling hills of southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. Moderating influences of the Chesapeake and Delaware bays and the southern sloping mica soils afford Paradocx an unique mesoclimate in the region. This mesoclimate coupled with state-of-the-art viticulture practices, makes this a winning combination. The owners and management of Paradocx Vineyard adhere to the principle that winemaking begins in the vineyard.

Directions
From West Chester and North take Rte 1, turn onto Rte 52 South, follow about 2 miles. Pass the Mendonhall Inn. Just past the Fairville Inn, turn left on Fairville Rd, make an immediate left into tasting room parking lot. From Wilmington and South take Rte 52 North through Centerville. Pass Buckley's Tavern. Another mile turn right onto Fairville Rd, make an immediate left into tasting room parking lot.

Fruit 52-Detour
Estate grown. A smooth, fruit forward blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Full bodied, yet lighter in tannin. Aged in all American oak.

PDX Leverage
Estate grown. Aged in both American and French oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot combine elegantly to produce this full-bodied red wine. With aromas of black cherry and raspberries, Leverage fills the mouth with deep flavors. It stands alone or pairs wonderfully with beef or chocolate.

PDX Pinot Grigio
Estate-grown. This is a lighter wine than Viognier and Chardonnay. Pinot Grigio is a lightly perfumed wine with more subtle fruit characteristics. This combination makes it easy to enjoy with meals.

PDX Red Table Wine
A complimentary blend of Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Nice oak, berry aroma that follows though in the finish. this wine is great for sipping or with red meat and pasta dishes.

PDX Reserve Chardonnay
Estate-grown. Blending wines fermented and aged in French oak barrels and stainless steel created our most complex white wine. Stainless steel aging preserved the notable fruit flavors of nectarines, apricots and roses, while the oak imparts a full mouth feel, and a light buttery velvet finish.

PDX Sangiovese
Estate grown. A lighter red made in the more traditional Chianti style. A hint of spice accents the strawberry flavors. Pairs well with Italian foods and lighter fare.

PDX Viognie
Estate-grown. The sun-colored berries give this wine a deep golden color. Fermentation in stainless steel captures its fruity characteristics of apricots, peaches, and blossoms. PDX Viognier is consistently a wine lovers favorite.
