  Pinot Noir Port
In the summer of 2002, our sights were set on making a true 100% pinot port by acquiring rare three year old barrel aged Pinot Noir brandy from a local Oregon distillery. Fall provided an extended ripening period that intensified and concentrated our grapes' dark fruit flavors of black cherry and plum. During fermentation, the brandy was blended at the precisely the right time to retain the wine's natural sweetness and balance. Enjoy the rich ruby elegance of this hand crafted port. Joe Wright, Winemaker. Six barrels produced. 375ml Bottle. 2004 LA County Fair, Gold Medal Winner!
  Reserve Pinot Noir

Three vineyards with meticulous management and reduced crop levels ranging from one to two tons per acre contruibuted their unique terroir to our Reserve Pinot Noir. Sixty-six percent of the grapes are Pommard with the balance from Dijon clones, 115, 667 and 777, giving this wine complex and enticing flavors and aromas. Take time to enjoy the dark fruit aromas and earthy scents. Initial flavors are ripe plum and black currant that lead to a black cherry center. These dense rich flavors are supported by polished tannins and a long refiined finish with hints of underlying mint and cocoa.
