Our wines have been produced from hand selected grapes grown on vineyards of friends and family throughout Madera County. Each wine represents our family’s commitment to sustainable farming practices and once again this year’s harvest has fueled our passion for this wonderful place we call home. It is my hope that the love and care that have gone into every bottle will enhance the cuisine you prepare and serve to your friends, clients and your own family. To this end, I ask that you consider our wines for your “top shelf” wine-by-the-glass list.
Knowing that the marketing of a top shelf wine requires support from the producer, I’d like to extend my help to you in the form of employee training, my presence at vintner dinners, large format display bottles, and discounts on multiple case buys. Please consider our wine for your wines-by-the-glass program and if you’d like to discuss any additional ideas with me personally, I am always available to you. Most importantly, I appreciate you tasting our wines and making them a part of your business.
For over seventy years our family has been making traditional wines of exceptional quality from our family’s vineyards in Central California. Our passion for great food and wine inspired us to not only produce our own wines, but also manufacture gourmet old world Italian wine vinegar at our family owned and operated winery. The delicious, sweet characteristics of our vinegar adds a fantastic flavor to everything we prepare in our kitchen and enhances the taste of the wines we pair with the foods we serve. Our family and friends loved our vinegar so much we decided to make them part of our business too! Since 2002 we have been selling our vinegar commercially. Because I hope you try them the next time you fire up your grill, make a salad and open a bottle of our wine I’ve asked our salespeople to bring you a sample to try at your leisure. Cabernet Sauvignon
“A bold, elegant Red expressing flavors of plum, currant, leather, black cherry and vanilla. Delicious with grilled meats, pork pasta dishes and especially veal. Don't forget your pasta though and I like it with dessert too!

“A big, bold Red wine expressing flavors of toasty mocha, cedar, black cherry, leather and vanilla. This delicious Merlot goes well with hearty pasta dishes, grilled meats, lamb and wild game. I even like it with a banana split!”

“Full-bodied and smoky expressing the flavors and aromas of chocolaty spice, leather, currant, and cherry. The color and body of this huge red are exceptional. Tastes great with stews, grilled meat, red sauces, prime rib and even a burger. A very versatile wine!.
