The new winery building is under development. It will be built into the hillside for energy conservation and to make sure our wines are kept at optimal temperature as they age. Currently our wines are made from grapes grown by Amador County vineyards. We will continue to use locally grown grapes until our own vineyard is in production. For the most part we pick and crush the grapes ourselves. We age our wine in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels.

2000 "Bowling" Zinfandel
Follow the smokey oak nose into this cherry rhubarb Zin. These 50+ year old vines produce a Zinfandel with a spicy, red pepper finish.

2000 Amador Port
Our Amador County port is a "Single Quinta Port", from grapes harvested from the same vineyard in Amador County in 2000 and is a blend of four traditional Portuguese varietals: Touriga, Tinta cao, Alvarelhao, and Souzao.

2000 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
French Oak barrel aging produced a Cabernet which developed a deep, rich color and intense, fruity nose. It is wine for that special dinner celebration! The texture is soft and velvety. It possesses blackberry essences with hints of chocolate, mine and anise. Our staff described the wine as "bound in leather and lashed with licorice whips!"

2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
A big, bold, sophisticated red that is superb to drink now and will only get better with age.

2001 Fiddletown Old Vine Zinfandel
This zinfandel is smooth, sophisticated and sensuous with a tiny nip at the finish. The grapes come from vines with ages that range up to 100 years.

2001 Merlot
This merlot is full-bodied with the color of a ruby. It is a jewel and one of the best reds we have produced.

2001 Syrah
Meander through layers of dark chocolate and coffee to sweet dark cherries and ripe raspberries. This is a rich, deep Syrah that finishes smooth and full.

2003 Viognier
This jewel tone wine is crisp and clean with a wonderfully silky finish.

California Muscat Wine
A sweet white wine that is superb with cheese and pate.

Chardonnay
Aged in stainless steel for a crisp citrus finish.
