DIRECTIONS TO HERON HILL WINERY FROM THE SOUTH ON RT. 17/I86: Exit at the Bath Exit 38 (NY Rt. 54) (careful, there are two Bath exits); Follow Rt. 54 North through Bath seven miles to a stop light marking the intersection of Rt. 54 and Rt. 54A; Turn left at the light onto Rt. 54A, following it through the Village of Hammondsport; Just outside of the village, and just after you pass Lucy Knapp Real Estate on your left, County Route 76 goes up the hill, while NY Rt. 54A continues along the Keuka Lake shoreline; This intersection is well marked with our winery signs, as well as those for Dr. Frank, Bully Hill, and Hunt Country; Follow County Rt. 76 three miles to Heron Hill Winery. It will be on your left.

  Cabernet Franc
2001 Heron Hill Cabernet Franc is a ruby colored wine having a medim body and presents a scent of raspberry with a touch of cherry on the finish. This wine pairs well with pasta dishes or grilled meat.
This is a crisp wine with just a hint of oak aging, allowing the true flavors of the Chardonnay grape to shine through. Taste crisp fruit and delicate sweetness, this is pleasant to most any palate. This is a wine that is easy to make friends with, not heavy or aggressive, and will surprise many who say they don't like Chardonnay!

A wine aged in the finest oak barrels, reminescent of a classic French Chardonnay. Hints of citrus butter and vanilla. FOOD PAIRINGS... Pairs well with pasta dishes, fish and brie.   Ingle Vineyard Cabernet Franc
This wine was vinified in small European oak barrels resulting in a wine exhibiting flavors of black rasberry and currant with an underlying floral bouquet reminiscent of violets.
  Ingle Vineyard Chardonnay
Barrel fermented in French Oak, the wine exhibits multiple layers of butter, vanilla and fruit. FOOD PAIRINGS... The depth and finesse of the wine pairs well with poultry, pasta and fish.
  Ingle Vineyard Johannisberg Riesling

Pinot Noir is produced in classic Burgundian style. Small European oak barrel aging produces a fruit forward, delicate wine. Floral aromas with raspberry and strawberry flavors. FOOD PAIRINGS... With it's spicy, toasty and fruity combination, Heron Hill's 2002 Ingle Vineyard Pinot Noir pairs well with many different meats. Try it with roasted poultry or game bird. Hand harvested and pressed on the evening of December 2nd, 2003 from our 36 year old estate vineyard.This is a light, ethereal bouquet of flowers and exotic fruits intermingled with mineral undertones. Powerful and sweet at the beginning of the palate, the wine flows through the mid-palate, ending with a crisp, intense citrus acidity that reverberates in the mouth for minutes afterwards.   Riesling Reserve
This age-worthy Riesling is very structured with pronounced flinty, mineral and citrus character, layered with flavors of grapefruit and lime. Awarded best Dry Riesling in the 2004 World Riesling Championship.
  Semi-Dry Riesling
Delicate, yet complex, sweet yet crisp, this lively wine is fragrant, fruity and flowery. A good acidity balances the flavors and aromas of apricot, peach and mango. FOOD PAIRINGS...
