Baily Vineyard & Winery Welcome to the on-line home of Baily Vineyard & Winery and Carol’s Restaurant. Here we present to you what we are all about with the hope that you will visit our real home in the Temecula Valley, where you can dine in our restaurant and taste and buy our wines. We produce wines from our own grapes that stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in California, as evidenced by the numerous medals we have received from major wine competitions since our founding in 1986. And our restaurant is a great place to enjoy fine wine and delicious food, either inside or on our covered terrace next to the grapevines.

  2002 TV White
A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Muscat Blanc. An interesting dry white wine with an intriguing aroma. Goes with chicken, fish and shellfish. TV stands for Temecula Valley, not Television.
  Cabernet Franc
Our first Cabernet Franc. We've been working with this grape as a component of our Meritage. Aged in European Oak cooperage for two years, it has aromas of black cherry and vanilla. Try it with rack of lamb, roast beef, or cheese
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Good color, loads of fruit, and a rich, silky mouth feel make this a Cab to take to your wine snob friends. Made from 83% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc, it was aged in new French and American oak for 12 months. Only a few hundred cases are made each year and they’re quickly snapped up. Serve with beef and lamb dishes, steaks, cheeses.
50% barrel fermented in European oak, this wine has a perfect balance of fruit and oak flavors with a crisp, clean finish. An excellent match with chicken, fish, shellfish, and cheeses.
Made from the best barrels of our Cabernet Franc (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Merlot (10%). Aged in French and American Oak cooperage for over two years, it is a wine of superb elegance and finesse.
A wonderful nose of strawberries, black cherries, and vanilla with a smooth finish. Aged in European Oak for 24 months. A Merlot that will complement lamb, veal, beef, cheeses.
A blend of 56% Sauvignon Blanc and 44% Semillon, this is a truly elegant white. Aromas of figs and melons with a hint of herbs. Great w/ shellfish, chicken, fish, pasta dishes w/cream sauces.
  Muscat Blanc
Lively acid and a wonderful grapefruit nose. We can’t seem to make enough of this wine. Serve chilled to enjoy as an aperitif or with fruits, salads, and cheeses.
Aromas of apples and spice. Wonderful picnic or poolside wine or serve it with chicken, ham, pork, pasta, and fruit salads.
  Riesling- Dry
Less than 1% sugar makes this wine very food friendly. Wonderful with chicken, pork, veal dishes, salads, pasta dishes with creamy sauces. And the empty bottle makes a beautiful candle.
  Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon
A delightfully refreshing rosé wine with only a touch of sweetness, made from 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon. Serve chilled for sipping, or with spicy Mexican or Chinese foods, chicken, ham, salads.
  Serenity (L.H. Chardonnay)
Only our fifth late harvest wine, and the second made from Chardonnay. Sweet and luscious, with aromas of apples and pears. Have this with your dessert course, or as dessert on its own.
  TV Red
Temecula Valley Red is made from 100% Sangiovese, the premier grape of Tuscany. A very drinkable wine with a great nose, fresh aromas of berries and nice spicy flavors. Goes well with hamburgers, steaks, turkey, duck, appetizers, cheeses, pasta dishes.
  Vintage Port
Our first port and it's a winner!Fruity and smooth, have this after dinner in front of the fire place with bleu cheese, walnuts and sliced apples. A great gift for that special someone.
