White Zinfandel
This light, fruity wine is crushed in early August to insure a proper balance of acid and residual sugar, giving the wine its' unique taste. Made with 100% Zinfandel grapes, the grapes are crushed and the red skins are immediately removed to give a light blush color. The wine is then cold fermented, stabilized and bottled. To protect the fruit flavor of this blush wine, it is filtered only twice, sometimes leaving a small cloud of sediment in the bottle. This cloud in no way affects the flavor of this light, tasty wine. Wonderful with a meal or during "cocktail hour."
