  "CV" Chardonnay-Viognier, Estate, Santa Cruz Mountains
Delicate. Rich mouthfeel, unique nutty aspects. Drink now or cellar 1 - 2 years.
  Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Cruz Mountains
A blend of three vineyards spanning from Mt. Madonna to saratoga, gives nuance and depth. Medium bodied, long finish. 15% merlot. Acessable wine now, or for near term cellaring.
  Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Cruz Mountains
Rich, dark chine d'or character. 15% Merlot. Heavier style than 2000. Aromatic. Structure not unlike a fine M├ędoc.
  Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Cruz Mountains
Bottled but not labeled yet. We'll give it a proprietary name due to the high amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Suitable for the cellar, acid slightly higher than previous wines, complex, the usual chaparral notes in the aromatics. Cedar. Fruity.
  Cabernet Savignion, Santa Cruz Mountains
Elegant, balanced, drinking nicely, currant/chaparral notes in the nose, long finish. Drink now or cellar 5 years.
  Estate Pinot Noir
Fine, elegant, medium bodied, lenghty earthy finish. Similar to 1997 in style. Delicate, Pinot perfume.
  Pinot Noir Cuvee, Santa Cruz Mountains
Dark and rich, long term wine. Deep stuff.
  Pinot Noir, "Cuvee", Santa Cruz Mountains
Big aromatic dark and posessing huge amounts of everything. Needs 30 Minutes aeration. Will cellar for 3 - 7 years. last tasted 8/31/03 - Youthful, still very femenine flora varietal character. Complex. Will age easily until 2008

Austere, fruit subdued currently tannin/acid structure suggests 3 - 5 years until peak. Needs 30 minutes aeration. Elegant. last tasted 8/31/03 - Youthful, still very femenine floral varietal character. Complex. Will age easily until 2008

Darker color than the cuvee (opposite to the 1997s), more extraction, firmer backbone of acid/tannin, nose mimmics a fine Pommard. Cellar until 2008.
  Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains
Estate Pinot Noir 60% blended with Pinot Noir purchase from neighbouring vineyards. A round style, pronounced Pinot character, full mouthful, long finish. The only time no separate Estate wine was produced. Like a cross between 2000 and 2001.
  Syrah, Santa Cruz Mountains
Opaque, extracted like a cornas with California fruit. Will age well. Decant.
  Syrah, Santa Cruz Mountains
Smoky, Rich, extracted with some of that nice white pepper character. Not lightweight.
