Henry immigrated to the USA with his family from Ukraine in 1978 then, Soviet Union.
Living during Soviet regime, he understood early on the value of hard work.
He got his first job in USA at the age of 12, delivering newspapers at night and going to school during the day. Henry graduated Washington High in San Francisco and continued his education in UCSC in Computer Engineering. During his second year, he met Olga who only recently immigrated to USA from Israel and later graduated with a degree in Multimedia communication and Graphic Arts. 2 Years after their first son, Michael was born, Henry co-founded a High Tech company in Silicon Valley. Olga was working in publishing and raising their 3 boys. And while the dream of a winery was put on hold, it was never too far from their heart. In 2007, Terra Del Cuore was purchased and Patland Estate Vineyards established.
In 2010, the first PEV wines were released.
Today, Henry and Olga, together with their 3 sons, the support of their families and the exceptional talent of Jay Buoncristiani took Patland Estate Vineyards to a good start.
The Family invites you to come and visit the scenic Napa Valley, pour a glass of PEV wine and enjoy the Tuscan landscaping of Terra Del Cuore Estate.

Patland Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark garnet hue; Deeply layered aromas of black cherry, cassis, graphite, truffle, molasses, French oak, sage, vanilla and black pepper. Expect a full mid palate density laced with intense flavors of chocolate covered cherries, integrated toasty oak, blackberry, toasted almonds and baker’s chocolate.

Patland Sauvignon Blanc
Complex aromas of mango, grapefruit, kiwi, lime zest, vanilla, lemon cream pie entice the senses. On the palate, a creamy texture leads the way to layered flavors of green melon, muscat, key lime, and vanilla wafer, finishing with ultra bright acidity.

Patland Syrah

Packs in lots of rich, dense, layered flavors, built around dried currant, graphite, mineral, cedar and tobacco. Full-bodied, with the plum and berry flavors offering a pleasant touch of midpalate sweetness. Drink now through 2022. 121 cases made. —J.L.
