Adobe Guadalupe

Adobe Guadalupe is a working winery, plus a bed and breakfast with six guest rooms. We have 60 acres of vineyards where we grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Shiraz and a bit of Viognier grapes. We started our vineyards in 1998 and had our first harvest in 2000.
A hearty Mexican breakfast is included as part of the room charges, so come join us in the kitchen between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and enjoy!
If you'd like to have dinner with us, please let us know as soon as possible so we can purchase the ingredients. Dinner is $50 per person. The four-course meal is served in the dining room and includes soup, salad, main course and dessert, all served with various wines from our own Guadalupe Valley. Meals at the Adobe feature all fresh ingredients as well as organically grown produce.
The beautiful Weimaraner dogs that roam freely through the house are Twente and Jack. If need be, they can be sent to the doghouse during meals.
A complimentary glass of wine awaits you in the kitchen to help you forget the dirt roads you had to pass over on your way to the Adobe.
