Jerome Winery

Jerome Winery Built on the side of Cleopatra Hill between Prescott and Sedona in the historic town of Jerome, featuring over 30 uniquely handcrafted, individually distinct, wines. Our vintner's philosophy is very spartenistic; create wines that are enjoyable for the novice and the connoisseur alike. Unlike most winemakers, our vintner learned the art of wine making by training as an apprentice under master winemakers throughout the United States and Europe. Starting with a sassy white Zinfandel we transcend through the lighter wines such as the Pinot Grigio and Mourvedre, progressing to the more robust red Zinfandel and Syrah, finishing with the smooth Muscat and Champagne. For masterful enjoyment we reserve library wines including Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Syrah, 15 year old Port, and others soon to be added.

  Almond Sparkling Wine
A provocative essence of Amaretto.
  Cabernet Franc
The spooktacular red.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Black current, cherry, blackberry, cedar, chocolate, bell pepper. Its mother, Sauvignon Blanc, was crossed with its father, Cabernet Franc, to create the King of Reds.
A unique temptation - 1st class white expressing butter, cream, nutty, smoky with apple, lemon, melon, even pineapple at times. Of the noble pinot family.
  Chenin Blanc
Natural floral of honey, fresh cut straw that looks lovingly upon the present as the morrow is yet to be lively. Used as a base for many sparkling wines.
  Late Harvest Zinfandel
Soul warming wine that is a glorious combo of velvet fire and ice. This zin speaks for itself with a hint of ginger, flan, marzipan and caramel.
Pure metaphysical nourishment; a compound of merit and heritage. A bold, full bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verbot.
The keystone of wines with a smooth texture of plum, raisins, and star fruit, dark rich black current, cherry and mint. The French say "Young Blackbird".
The Bohemian phantom: a garnet red color with spiced pepper, most commonly blended with other quality reds to add texture.
  Peach Sparkling Wine
Reminiscent flavor of a fresh peach picked from the orchard early in the morning.
  Raspberry Sparkling Wine
Subtle, tantalizing taste of Raspberry.
  Sauvignon Blanc
The saucy tart: the world's most famous wine. Distinct characteristic of grass, musky, green fruit, like gooseberries and nettles.
Either way, it is just piquant! A glorious reputation as a royal red. Originates from the Persian City of Syrah. Strange hints of leather, tar, spice, pepper, dried berries, currents, plums, and prunes. Also a hint of smoke.
Cool summer breeze: the new fashionable white with perfume of peach, apricot blossoms, hint of honey and jasmine.
  White Zinfandel
Charming, sassy, easy drinking fusion made by blending off free run from zin grapes. A lovely fruity bouquet.
Mischief maker of savory wines. Coming from Croatian Mountains, having more diverse depths and complexities than most red wines. The zin imparts pepper, (white and black). Spices include clove, anis, and allspice. A complexity of American and French Oak.
  Zinfandel Port
For the cultured Gypzy; spawned from ancient dry farmed wines. Lending toward zesty pepper, cinnamon and paprika. Aged in American and French Oak.
