  Captains Claret
Blackberry, cherry, raspberry and cassis continually change places in this wine depending on the food pairing. These complex berry flavors balance well with the acid and firm tannins add longevity. Try this with rack of lamb, duck or grilled veal chop.
Livermore Valley grapes aged partially in new Hungarian oak produce a complex wine of apple, tropical fruit, vanilla bean and a spicy finish. Suggested pairings include alder-smoked trout, Brie cheese with walnuts or acorn squash with bacon
