Founded by Scott Bowser, Swashbuckler Brewing Company became the first brewery ever to be located on the fair grounds of a Renaissance Faire in the year 2000. Now in its 11th year of production and with the expansion of the Swashbuckler Brew Pub and Restaurant and an ever increasing supply and demand, Scott and his brewmaster are looking to continue the tradtion of the Renaissance Faire and Swashbuckler Brewing Company.
