  Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in oak. This medium bodied Cabernet captures currant and blackberry. Serve with steak, venison, and for the decadent, dark chocolate.
This unique French-American hybrid is our flagship wine. Serve with spicy foods, i.e. Mexican or Thai. Pairs excellent with chilli and perfect for an evening by the fire place.
Bright gold in color and aged in oak. Full-bodied with subtle hints of apple and grapefruit with a buttery finish. Serve with chicken or seafood.
  Late Harvest
Frozen, estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes were pressed to produce this white wine, similar to an ice wine.
Deep garnet in color and ripe with plum and cherry notes. Finishes smooth and pairs well with red meat, especially filet mignon.
  Reserve Table Wine
A blend of Chardonnay, Muscat, and Vidal Blanc. Light gold in color with hints of apricot, honey, and vanilla. Excellent companion with fish, especially salmon or artic char.
This is a blend of Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc. Serve with cheese and crackers, goes especially well with brie over green apples. Perfect for a picnic or a relaxing evening on the deck.
  Sweet Amber
Our dessert wine is made in the style of an ice wine from Merlot. Goes especially well with milk chocolate or serve as a desert by itself.
  Vidal Blanc
Medium yellow-gold hue with a fruity bouquet of citrus and pear, with a peppery finish. Serve with pork tenderloin, garlic-sauteed shrimp or scallops, crab cakes and is also great with salad.
