  1607 Red Dessert Wine
Rich, sweet taste exhibiting fruitiness of brandied cherries and candied fruits of figs and dates.
  Blush
This refreshing summertime wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Vidal Blanc with hints of strawberry and a touch of sweetness. Serve as an aperitif or with a picnic of cheese and light fare.
  Cabernet Franc
Red berries of strawberry, raspberry and red currant show on the nose. The mouth is very fresh with hints of earth and tobacco. Aged for six months in French and American Oak then moved to stainless steel tanks for an additional three months before bottling. This wine is meant to be enjoyed young
  Cabernet Franc Reserve
76% Cabernet Franc, 16% Touriga, and 8% Tannat. The nose is intense and complex. The mouth is full with dark cherry, strawberry jam and roasted almonds. The tannins are firm but well balanced. There is a long lasting flavor of chocolate on the finish. Bronze Governor's Cup.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
The nose opens with a pleasant burst of fruit, including cooked cherries, cassis and spice. Very soft tannins and bright fruit make this wine ready for drinking.
  Chardonnay
Hints of pineapple and citrus blend with notes of minerals for a crisp wine that has been aged in nuetral French oak and stainless steel. Soft, round mouth feel leading to a lingering finish with well-balanced acidity.
  Chardonnay Reserve
Oak barrel aging gives this wine a complex mouthfeel with hints of vanilla and a creamy finish.
  Claret
Our Claret is 100% Chambourcin. It has intense flavors of vanilla, plum, cranberries, and tart cherries. This wine makes a wonderful accompaniment to a holiday turkey or is great as an aperitif. Serve room temperature or with a slight chill.
  Claret NV
Our Claret is a Chamborsin based red blend. It has a nose of sweet cherries and strawberries. Black cherry, raisin, and coffee stand out on the mouth. This wine is a perfect match with chocolate! Serve like a port.
  Late Harvest
The Late Harvest has tantalizing flavors of honey and apricot with a rose petal finish. This wine can be served alone as a dessert or with fruit-based, non-chocolate dishes. The Late Harvest is also wonderful with strong cheeses such as blue cheese.
  Meritage
American style Bordeaux blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc. This is a full rich wine that is complex and has great finesse. Bright fruits of cherry and cassis on the nose and mouth with hints of vanilla and chocolate on the mid palatte.
  Merlot
Lighter in tannin than most Merlot but full of flavor. Cherry and toast on the nose with chocolate on the mouth. The finish is smooth with hints of dill. Try with lighter meats such as pork, or with milk chocolate.
  Petit Verdot
Aromas of violets and cherries combine with smoky, spicy flavors; subtle tannins; and a black pepper finish in this luscious, full-bodied red. Wonderful pairing with a simple cheese tortellini and marinara sauce or a heavy beef dish.
  Rosé
Our dry Rose is 100% directly pressed Cabernet Sauvignon. Strawberry and cherry stand out on the nose and mouth. The mouth feel is round and finishes with nice acidity. Great as an aperitif, with hors d'hoeuvres, or with roasted vegetables, pasta salads, and pizza! Beautiful color
  Sweet Shanando
Named after the original spelling of Shenandoah, in 1771, this is 100% Vidal Blanc. There are tropical fruits of pineapple and mango on the nose. The mouth is round and fruity and finishes with nice acidity. This wine is a great sipping wine, as an aperitif, with salads and cheeses.
