  Amber Knolls Cabernet Sauvignon
This hand-selected, hand crafted vineyard designated Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the Beckstoffer Amber Knolls Vineyard. The Beckstoffer family purchased this property in the late 1990's after determining that the soils and microclimate were perfect for growing ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes. The property is showcased by its deep, red hillside soils that are heavily laced in obsidian. We believe that Amber Knolls has unlimited potential in creating some of the finest grapes grown in the world. The 2005 vintage of Beckstoffer Amber Knolls Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has bright aromas of cherries, cranberries, and roses. It leads into a deep layering of earthy spices, vanilla, and cocoa. It finishes with beautiful and youthful tannins, creating a nice balance of Black cherry and spice.
  Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
The 2006 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc represents the diversity of both the Sauvignon Blanc varietal and the region. It exhibits beautiful, bright aromas of grass, citrus, and pineapple and showcases rich and creamy hints of melon, pear, and grapefruit. It has a clean and lively finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes. The 2005 Sauvignon Blanc was hand-crafted and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its true varietal characteristics and acidity. It was aged on lees for three months to provide a pleasing, rich mouth feel and texture.

Black, Black, Black fruited with intermingled spices leading us back to the black scenario. Black currant, small black raspberries and deep black plums skewered with vanilla bean undercurrents. Rich, silky and velvety mouthfeel leading to a balanced, long and textured finish. Certainly a definite crowd pleaser. Delicious! Dana Schrick
