720 Wine Cellars

The Wine is what it's all about.
We are focused on small lot, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. For the 2003 and 2004 vintages, we also produced a unique Bordeaux-style blend from the heavier varietals of Southern Oregon affectionately named "OR'Deaux" (pronounced "OR-DOH!"). In all, we produce about 720 cases in 720 square feet of workspace. Our state-of-the-art, super high-tech, and extremely low-key facility is perched in the foothills of Philomath, overlooking the Willamette Valley. We use spectacular winegrapes, appropriate amounts of French oak, and limited intervention to produce terroir-driven wines.
