CABERNET FRANC
Casual and versitile with a lovely ruby color. Ripe currant and blackberry flavors with a spicy finish.

CHARDONNAY
A rich, supple Chardonnay showing ripe aromas of pear, melon, toasted bread, citrus fruit and hazelnut. A smooth palate shows great fruit concentration, light butter oak and a lingering finish.

DRY RIESLING
Elegant New Finger Lakes Style Riesling with delightful aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine. A vibrant acidity with a distinct minerality on a long smooth finish

HOUSE WHITE
A semi-dry blend of Cayuga and Vignoles with vibrant fruit flavors of honeydew, pear and apple. Fruity and light.

MERITAGE
A complex red Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Beautiful ruby-garnet color. Supple fruit and black cherry flavors with hints of tobacco and pepper. Oak aged, medium-bodied with great balance.

PINOT NOIR
Complex Pinot Noir characteristics with aromas of cherry, plum, wild berries and underbrush. Velvety smooth texture, medium body and a long finish.

100% Pinot Noir. A smooth textured wine with a luscious salmon color, a broad bouquet of floral notes and ripe aromas of strawberry and raspberry.
