  Cabernet Franc 2003
Bronza Medal Florida State Fair. An elegant blend of black cherry and herb flavors with a hint of dried spices. Supple with graceful tannins. Light cedar tones and anise usher in a chewy coffee finish. Serve with roast beef, pork tenderloin and camembert cheese.
  Cabernet Franc Reserve 2003
Silver Medal Florida State Fair 2005. Spicy silk fruit lights up the front end of this wine followed by vibrant black pepper spice flavors mid-palate. In the backgrond, hints of dark chocolate and dried tobacco highlight the well managed tannins.
  Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Blackberry flavors with vanilla tones. The tannins are mild with medium body. The finish is dry with a hint of cedar. Serve with Roast lamb, grilled squab, chocolate and aged gouda cheese.
  Cayuga White 2004
Silver Medal NY Wine & Food Classic 2004 and Bronze Medal NY State Fair 2004. A brilliant white wine bursting with pineapple and peach flavors plus and crisper notes of green apple. This wine is smooth, bright and clean. Serve with spicy fish and shellfish dishes. Also pairs nicely with Chicken, turkey and ham.
  Chardonnay, Finger Lakes
Bronze Medal- California Grand Harvest Awards '05 Silver Medal - NY Wine & Food Classic This white wine has flavors of ripe pears and figs and a rich creamy texture. The toasty oak adds notes of buttered toast and vanilla. Rich and clean on the finish.
  Meritage 2003
Silver Medal NY Wine & Food Classic 2005. Beautifully crafted, this red wine is loaded with layers of gorgeous fruit including black berry and cassis. The berry flavors are cloaked in smoky oak with a lush, smooth texture. The finish is chocolate velvet gliding across the palate. Serve with lamb, game, roast beef, grilled duck and camembert cheese.
  Merlot 2004
Full and wholesome on the nose with juicy red cherry and plum aromas. Smooth velvety tannins caress the palate. French and American oak adds a sweet oak smoothness. Serve with lamb shank, grilled duck walnuts and camembert cheese.
  Seyval Blanc 2004
Bronze Medal NY Wine & Food Classic 2005. This crisp refreshing semi-dry white wine has hints of pear, dried apricot and peach. On the finish, some creamy flavors of vanilla and butterscotch turn up. Distinctive and clean. Serve with shellfish, appetizers, and spicy foods. Also a good match with Jarlsburg cheese.
