Excellent, superb, concentrated color and flavors. Gorgeously crafted, deep dark flavors while harmonious and smooth. Beautiful plum, black cherry and tobacco flavors, mild currant with soft tannins.

Mild mint, eucalyptus flavors, beautiful color, blackberry, plum and other wild berry flavors. It has fresh earth tones, excellent structure and density, well layered flavors, lively acidity, mild tannins and light toast flavors.

Very dark garnet color. This is the equal blend of both our Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Vineyards. The Eucalyptus is the main aroma of this wine. There are also some Blackcurrant and cedar aromas in the background. This is a very big wine with huge tannins and a very good structure. You can keep this wine in your cellar for as long as you like ... it will age nicely.

The color in my opinion has almost achieved perfection. This wine is very interesting and does not compare to your traditional Zinfandel. Flavors such as Basil leaves and Nutmeg are a new aroma. The wine is very smooth and well balanced. Other characteristics consist of black pepper, vanilla and ripe berries on the palate. This wine will be a once in a lifetime experience! I think its ability to be genuine will carry it to new levels.

Medium garnet color. This Zinfandel is a blend of different vineyards located in Paso Robles and dominated by the fruit aromas. Strawberries and fresh raspberry are especially noticeable. There is also a hint of black pepper. The mild spice is also evident in the mouth. The palate is very round and supple (gives almost the illusion that it is still sweet). It is well balanced, with a good acidity.

Bright strawberries, toasty vanilla characteristics, raspberries, coffee, blueberries, cranberries and briary earth tones.

beautiful blend of Bordeaux and Rhone varieties. Black currant, cassis, blackberry, cherry aromas, exotic herbs and coffee flavors are prominent components. Power and balance along with toasted oak flavors play a supporting role in the structure of the wine. This bottle of wine is very polished and has a smooth finish, enjoy!

Made in a slight late harvest style. This wine has aromas of a dry Zinfandel but the palate tells a different story. If you are a wine club member you might compare this wine to the 2001 Mr. Wilson Zinfandel. The Luv-A-Duk has flavors of tropical fruits along with coffee, cinnamon and warm apple pie. The color comes off as an aged ruby color. Enjoy!

A purity of flavors, ripe, elegant, and mild earthy tones. Also blackberry, currant, slight tobacco flavors, some Bordeaux-like characteristics, very juicy, complemented by oak flavors.

Once again a particular grower whom pays special attention to their vineyard. No leaf is left unturned and we are rewarded with stellar fruit and you are given an outstanding wine. Beautiful ruby color filled with chocolate mocha flavors. The oak in this particular wine is well integrated with the other flavors that it possesses. The aromas are full and rounded. The mild fruit flavors that this wine possesses are accompanied by hints of coffee and vanilla.

The Mustang Springs Vineyard is what some would consider a field blend. It is all Zinfandel, but the variety of age within the plants themselves gives us lots of variation. A large portion of the Vineyard ranges from 50-60 years of age. There are also plants that are 5 years old. This gives us structure and a well balanced wine along with some youth. The color is a beautiful cherry red. An interesting aspect is the Eucalyptus or menthol characteristic that is evident in the aroma. This wine is well balanced with hints of blueberries, sage and is backed with nice acidity.

This is a blend of 5 vintages, starting with the 2000. The Port is made in a tawny style, it is smooth and easy drinking. Hazelnut and walnut notes are present along with light fruit flavors.

The Old School House lies in the Templeton Gap. This area of Paso Robles has a much greater coastal influence than that of other sub appellations in our area. This provides us with a much cooler and longer ripening period. With these attributes the wine tends to have more of an elegant approach for Zinfandel. The wine contains soft earth tones. Other flavors and aromas that make up this wine are black cherry, clove, cinnamon, strawberry, black pepper and cocoa.

The nose is made up of light French oak with vanilla toast. This wine has a medium body with an elegant mouth feel. Raspberries, tobacco, black currants, cedar, licorice and plums. Light herbs and mocha are also evident with moderate tannins and crisp acidity.

Well rounded, concentrated flavors. Ripe, vibrant currant, leather, herbs, light tobacco, and mild earth tones. Very elegant and well balanced with mild spicy notes and elegant berry flavors alongside a mild to light oak finish.

The color of Petite Sirah always catches the eye, and it brings characteristics of leather, strawberries, blueberries, and cherry. Smooth and mild tannins, yet meaty and rich.

An elegant cherry color strikes the eye as this wine is poured. Mild strawberry flavors, raspberries, light oak and a hint of spice combine to fulfill the aromatics. The palate is fresh and bright to begin the adventure. Minimal residual sugar does not inhibit the dry rosé lover’s palate. This wine has great structure that is well balanced with its fruit flavors and acidity. Serves excellent chilled but is received nicely at room temperature.

Made with all estate Zinfandel fruit, this wine has aromas of watermelon, grapefruit, and strawberries. The taste explodes with citrus flavor and finishes with strawberries and cherries on the back of the tongue.

This wine is very exciting. It is a young wine and contains more youth than its age suggests. Snow is bright and the fresh mint and light tannin are harmonious. This wine also has suggestions of ripe strawberry, plums, cherries, chalk, hazelnut and dried tea.

Big fruity characteristics and solid tannins. It has the essence of black berries, roasted figs, cerry and vanilla cola, cedar, and dark bing cherries.

Clear, salmon-pink color. Nose shows layers of bright syrah fruit, melon, and citrus blossom. Cold fermentation lends exotic tropical fruit aromas. In the mouth, the wine displays a crisp core of acidity, balanced with well-rounded lushness and a clean finish.
