Strawberry and cherry flavors meld with vanilla and spice. Despite aging in 100% new French oak, it is only after a few sips that the underlying oak comes through. With a creaminess that rounds out the acidity, the finish is long and clean.

Black currant and dark stone fruit are a perfect foil for the underlying earthy mushroom flavors. Good balance with refreshing acidity. The finish is long with lots of black pepper and currant.
