2002 Gee Vineyard Pinot Noir-Sold out (2004 vintage due out in 2006)
This single-vineyard wine comes only from the dry-farmed (non-irrigated) Gee Vineyard. Dry-farming is a rare and risky practice that can produce small yields of grapes with uncommonly concentrated flavors. We then coax the wine into a beauty sleep in French oak barrels for 11 months, which enhances the already-complex flavors even further.

2003 Bouchaine Chardonnay, Carneros
Our Chardonnay, created from 100% Carneros fruit, is a straw gold color that dances in the glass like sunlight. Seafood such as grilled fish, sauteed scallops, and steamed lobster will truly shine with this wine. Rated 88 points by Wine & Spirits (February 2005). Included in Gourmet (July 2005) in its selections of top Carneros Chardonnays.

2003 Buchli Station Chardonnay
This mid-weight Chardonnay that is long on flavor. We sourced fruit from several different regions to create this nicely balanced blend. The wines were fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks (to help maintain fruitiness) and small oak barrels.

2004 Bouchaine Pinot Noir, Carneros
100% Carneros Pinot Noir, including Dijon, Pommard, and Swan clones grown on windswept, fog-covered hillsides. Versatile with an extensive range of foods, from poached salmon to grilled lamb to roasted prime rib. As always, anything off the grill makes a perfect pairing, because where there's smoke, there's Pinot! Rated 91 points in PinotReport (December 2005) and 88 points in Allen Meadows' Burghound.com (Fall 2005), two publications devoted to Pinot Noir.

2004 Buchli Station Pinot Noir
This vintage is a blend of Napa and Sonoma Pinot Noir fruit. A fruity (but not sweet!) and juicy wine with just the right structure, acid, and tannins to keep everything in focus, balanced, and very interesting.--The grapes were fermented by lot in small open-top fermenters, pressed and moved to barrels in which the wine was aged in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak for eight months.
