  Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon which has been aged 30 months in French and American oak. On opening a bottle of our cabernet, vivid aromas of plum and cedar will greet you. Your expectant taste buds will be treated to the deep flavors of blackberry and cherry rounded off by a creamy vanilla finish complemented with medium tannins.
  Late Harvest Zinfandel
Port-like in flavor, our Late Harvest Zinfandel is perfect as an after dinner tipple. Be careful though, at nearly 17% alcohol content it can sneak up on you! One of the simplest and most pleasurable ways of using the wine is to pair with mixed berries and ice cream for a delicious desert—We like to call it Summer Fruit ZinCream
A wine that is aged 24 months in new American oak and some neutral French oak. Subtle complexity is at the heart of this wine, so take time to enjoy. Welcoming aromas of strawberry jam with hints of wood draw you in to your glass. Rich, round and supple on the palate with soft tannins, you’ll discover the tastes of strawberry, plum, chocolate and coffee. The finish is long and lovely and one glass is never enough.
Considered perhaps the finest grape of Italy. Our 100% Nebbiolo, grown on the west side of Paso Robles, is aged in American and French oak for 30 months. The wine is of the softer variety making it easy and likeable. Before you know it, the bottle is empty!
  Petite Sirah
The fruit for this wonderful wine hails from the West Side of Paso Robles. Aged in French and American oak it has a dark and lustrous appearance. Once uncorked, aromas of sweet tobacco fill your glass. Tasting the wine reveals a complex mix of cloves, over ripe plums and earthy notes with lots of tannins. Take a moment and look at the rich ruby red color…. This is a wine that will age beautifully, so if you can resist the temptation to drink now, put it in your cellar and enjoy in years to come.
  Rose Robles
Deeply pink in color, this dry rose is a blend of 45% Syrah, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Grenache. Aromas of melon are complemented by tastes of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon, providing on overall experience akin to a tropical punch. So, kick back and let the wine help you to drift off to a sun drenched tropical breach - Relax!
  Sauvignon Blanc
This is an easy to drink Sauvignon Blanc. Slightly grassy, with a hint of lemon on the nose. It has a core of ripe nectarines and pink grapefruit flavors. The pale gold hue is pleasing to the eye making each glass as welcoming to look at as it is to drink.
The 2002 Syrah continues the Doce Robles tradition of producing something a little different, when it comes to Syrah. Even so, no Syrah worthy of the name would be without a finish that hints of game with a touch of leather. Ours is no different here.
This is not your typical Syrah. Complex and deeply fragrant our Syrah has a nose of smoke, mint, walnut and cedar. Plush and sensuous in the mouth look for a dash of raspberry, caramel and chocolate. No Syrah would be complete without a finish that hints of game with a touch of leather. In one word intense.
Why would you call a wine Sy-rific-cab?...Well, when you have a great blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and you need to come up with something different. It rhymes with terrific and we think it is. Try a bottle and see what you think. It’s a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, all estate grown from the vineyards of Doce Robles. Aged 24 months in American and French oak. Pop the cork and Aromas of mint, walnut, and cedar will greet you. The finish is one of black cherry and creamy vanilla.
The Zinfandel grape traces its ancestry to the Croatian Plavac Mali or the Italian Primitivo. But it is now considered by many to be the quintessential American grape. Our Zinfandel is aged in neutral oak and is dark garnet in color. You’ll find aromas of chocolate and raspberry with tastes of black cherry. It has a traditional finish of white pepper. Power packed yet balanced, this Zin offers a proper jolt and immediate drinkability.
