  Cabernet Sauvignon
Our first release of Halter Ranch Estate Cabernet Sauvignon demonstrates why Westside Paso Robles has a growing reputation for world-class wine. Dark ruby-red in color, the wine offers classic cassis aromas with savory cocoa and sweet spice tones. Medium-full on the palate with ripe, intense flavors and well-integrated tannins, it’s an ideal wine for those who enjoy young, vibrant Cabernet Sauvignons with plenty of rich flavor. With proper cellaring, it will gain additional complexity over the next 5-7 years.
  DeBro Syrah
The Debro’s vineyard lies in the northwest corner of the Paso Robles appellation. The superlative grapes it produces consistently yield inky, full-bodied wines brimming with personality. The 2002 Syrah is no exception. It offers fragrant Asian spice, smoke, and gamey aromas with rich, smooth, medium- to full-bodied flavors. Tannins are soft, but a good core of acidity assures the wine’s age-worthiness. This tasty Syrah pairs well with anything off the grill and will be a pleasure to drink over the next 3-4 years.
  Ranch Cab
A rich, satisfying Bordeaux-style blend, our Ranch Cab also contains a small percentage of Syrah for additional complexity. More accessible in its youth than our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, it offers ripe cassis, plum and sweet spice aromas, a plush, silky texture and warm, generous flavors. Delicious now, it will reward several more years’ cellaring.
  Ranch Red
Our multi-variety Ranch Red has quickly become a customer favorite. Made in a rich, fruit-forward style, its bright, spicy-berry aromas and juicy, mouth-filling flavors are deliciously accessible. Although the blend changes slightly each vintage, you can always count on the high quality and incredible value of this zesty, crowd-pleasing red wine.
  Syrah
Our inaugural release of Syrah boasts an opaque, ruby-purple color and enticing, multi-layered scents of dark black fruits and pepper spice with the savory, roasted meat tones characteristic of this classic Rhone Valley variety. On the palate, the wine delivers lush black fruit and spice flavors of great intensity and depth, supported by firm tannins. Cellaring the wine for 5-6 years will further soften the tannins and yield a rich, round, silky Syrah of great distinction.
