Eluvium Brewing Company is a small brewery dedicated to producing high quality, high flavor session beers. Founded by owners Jon Varner and Shea Lewis in 2016 and bringing the dream to reality in the fall of 2017, we are on mission to share the beers we like to drink with Weaverville and North Carolina. Currently we keep four of our beers on tap as well as four guest beers from local breweries one of which is an alcoholic ginger beer for our gluten free friends.
