A dry Bordeaux style. Harvested at 3.2 pH, .85 TA, 24.5 degrees brix. Lots of violets and rich forest fruit in the nose, with a great fruit and intense finish. Some hint of walnuts in the long finish. Easily a 15+ year wine for those who want the most exclusive Cabernet Franc still available. 500 ml bottles available only.
2003 Cabernet Franc Grand River Valley

2003 Chardonnay Grand River Valley (Estate Bottled)

2003 PINOT NOIR, GRAND RESERVE, Estate Bottled from Organically Grown Grapes
A dry old-fashioned style Red Bourgogne. Plummy, with forward flavors of cherries, and the elegant hint of earthiness found in great red bourgogne. Harvested at less than 0.5 ton/acre, this wine is of very high quality, and will lay down for 10+ years.
2003 Riesling, Grand River Valley, Estate Bottled from Organically Grown Grapes
