  Cabernet Sauvignon
Wonderful exotic tropical fruits fill the bouquet of this Chardonnay. There is a superlative creamy quality throughout the wine which enhances the luscious nose of pineapple, mango and guava. On the palate, ripe red Fuji apple combines with light honey tones that mellow the dry finish of juicy pineapple and tangerine zest. This graceful wine is very lightly oaked in French oak for approximately 3 months so the wine has body and character without a heavy ‘woody’ taste.
A classic version of an often overlooked varietal, Mistral’s Lemburger is a light bodied, softly oaked red that is very easy drinking. The nose is alive with fresh cranberry, light white pepper and subtle lavender tones. Cooked strawberries, red currants, white cherry and soft cardamom fill the palate and last through the long, enjoyable finish. This wine is aged for 3 months in French oak and is both unfiltered and unfined to enhance the flavor.
  Pinot Blanc
A perfect summer wine, the Pinot Blanc has a bouquet filled with delicate fruit: white peach, lime juice and golden delicious apple. Subtle hints of fresh citrus continue into the long soft finish where they’re joined by notes of light pear. A wonderful ‘sipping’ wine and also very food compatible.
  Pinot Gris
Elegant notes of fresh fragrant melon and deep peach dominate the aroma of this vintage Pinot Gris. The palate reveals a soft mouth feel with flavors of intense Anjou Pear, silky lemon and gentle apple characters. The long, creamy finish is dry with lingering citrus notes.
  Pinot Noir
The initial impression of this Riesling is one of freshness - lemons, limes, crunchy Granny Smith Apple and a subtle touch of melon. The flavors continue on through the mouthwatering, thirst quenching finish. This varietal is known as an ‘aristocrat’ and this classic vintage is no exception.
