Today’s Main Street in Coopersburg was originally part of an Indian trail more than two hundred years ago. Horses and wagons followed this trail and travel from Bethlehem to the port of Philadelphia that took at least five days.
Even though the days of a butcher, Iceman, and milkmen coming door to door is long gone, Sage Alley strives to bring the family owned and operated feel back to Coopersburg in an inviting comfortable environment for all to enjoy.
Stop in and check out our 55' x 40' patio and appreciate the exceptional food from our very own food trailer and the relaxing atmosphere at our “Hybrid” Brewery. Our 60 seat tasting “Pub” room filled with our brews will be sure to satisfy your thirst. We now have a covered heated patio for the cooler month’s of the year with more comfortable seating and event availability.
