Egyptian Gold is as rich as its name implies. Aromas of apple and pear with mouth filling sweetness (yet with a balancing of acidity). A wonderful after dinner drink or as a companion to desserts (good with white chocolate creations), fruit, or salty cheeses. Served chilled.

Our semi-sweet red has rich full body with subtle oak to balance the sweetness. With notes of raspberries, cherries, and plum, Rail Splitter is versatile in that it can be served at room temperature or chilled to 50 degrees F. The extreme popularity of this wine is probably due to the fact that it is perfect by itself, yet also pairs with barbeques and grilled meats and is a great picnic wine.

Riesling wines can range from dry to quite rich and sweet. Our reserve is finished dry and is pale yellow in color with aromas of pear, peach, and apricot. The tanginess of light citrus with a hint of greengage plums is the initial impression, followed by a Granny Smith apple finish. Served chilled (40 degrees F). Refreshing by itself but also great with fish, chicken, and Asian foods.

A sweet, full bodied red wine for all seasons. Chilled for sunny patios, warmed with mulling spices for fall and winter, and room temperature for all other times. Juicy dark dense fruit, long finish, pairs with spicy foods and desserts but great by itself. Very popular for holidays.
