Built over the course of thirteen months in an 85 year old building that once housed a trolly repair shop, Fermentaria offers up to 12 beers on tap and also serves as a production facility capable of producing as much as 10,000 barrels a year. From here, we will be supplying the world with strange and beautiful beers... starting with Philadelphia and then, beyond.
Our menu features tacos, ceviches and composed plates, under the direction of our head chef Bill Braun, who also helms our brew cafe. There is dining room seating for 180 people and a concrete bar and cocktail area to accommodate many more. For reservations, click here or call us at 484-413-2983.
Rounding out the liquid lineup will be pints of cold brewed Awake Minds, our proprietary coffee roast, made for us by our friends at ReAnimator in Fishtown and a house made soda; both flowing from the taps.
