La Cabra takes great pride in all three aspects of our guests’ experience: beer, food, and service. Very early in our formation, we realized that there are tons of ways to start a brewery. Start small, start big, start with just beer, go nano, etc.
However, our team quickly realized that we needed to build the kind of place we’d like to bring friends and family to. The beer needs to be intriguing and varied for everyone’s taste. The food needs to be delicious so that a quick bite on the way home or a night out with friends is equally satisfying. The service needs to make people feel like they’re walking into our home for a neighborhood party. We hope that your visit to La Cabra makes good on these goals and we’re dedicated to working for and listening to our guests.
