Andrew Adam Vineyards We've been in business since 2002 when Andrew harvested his first Syrah berries ever. In 2003, we enjoyed another Syrah harvest, but noted that the weather was so very warm in that year - a challenge to most winemakers. Check out the notes below on that year and we're sure you'll want to order some for yourself! Better hurry, though, we have just a few cases remaining.

  Arroyo Grande Goliath Pinot Gris
Let me introduce you to “Goliath”. Not a name usually associated with a delicate white wine, but I assure you, this wine was aptly named! We have sold out of it at this time, but will make another. Its fat and rich layers of flavors of ultra-ripe, white fruits was decadent to say the least. Despite all of its “bigness”, it proved unmistakably, to be a Pinot Gris.
  Arroyo Grande Pinot Gris
First, our Arroyo Grande Valley Pinot Gris behaved wonderfully during the year. Too often barrel fermented whites can lose those enticing light floral notes to gain texture and I’m proud to report that is not the case of this wine. The refined citrus and floral notes float on a body of incred ible softness.
  Syrah
The 2003 Syrah from the Rozet / Paradise Road Vineyards immediately grabs you with an envelope of vanilla, cocoa, and smoky root vegetables - quickly followed by a familiar buffet of iodine, red meat, lavender and dessert spice. The complexity of the different layers reflect one of the many enticing results coming from the two distinctly different climates of the two vineyards. The noticeably soft entry greets you complements of the lengthy 26 months in barrel on their original lees!
